What you'll do

• Coordinate room assignments with the Executive Housekeeper
• assist room attendants with cleaning guest rooms
• inventory and issue cleaning supplies and linen
• maintain storage rooms and carts
• investigate housekeeping service or equipment concerns
• support team meetings and brand audits
• address guest complaints
• inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture
• record inspection results and notify cleaning staff of deficiencies
• communicate issues to other departments
• greet guests warmly.
