Reporting to the Director of Music, the specialist sources, books, and manages talent for MSW programs and events at Ravenscroft Hall, Jazzbird Lounge, and the Ravenscroft Recording Studio. The role coordinates artists, internal teams, contracts, licensing reports, and concert series directors to support well-organized programs and events.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary artist contact for bookings and scheduling
• coordinate inquiries, availability, and confirmations
• communicate operational, logistical, and marketing plans
• coordinate with Operations, Finance, Productions, Facilities, and Program teams
• manage artist requirements such as stageplots, equipment, rehearsals, and sound checks
• prepare and track contracts and approvals
• maintain booking records and provide data reports
• complete quarterly BMI, ASCAP, and GMR reporting
• support recording studio publishing, copyright, and licensing as needed
• oversee and support concert series directors through planning and booking.
