What you'll do

• Review Corporate Trust and debt capital markets transactions from initial review through execution and closing
• assess transaction structures, agreements, and supporting documentation
• partner with clients, external counsel, business development, and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and resolve documentation issues
• serve as a primary transaction contact
• recommend practical legal and commercial solutions
• provide subject matter expertise
• monitor market developments, regulatory changes, legal requirements, and competitive trends
• manage priorities and deadlines.
