What you'll do

• Support structured daily programming and group coordination
• build trust-based relationships with patients
• monitor patients and the facility and conduct safety checks
• communicate observations to clinical and medical staff
• follow program structure and facility rules
• document observations, checks, and incidents
• transport patients to program and community appointments
• measure and record vital signs
• conduct UDS and breathalyzer testing under company policy
• provide emotional support
• refer clinical concerns appropriately
• update team leaders and the operations director
• assist with supplies, discharge preparation, and daily facility operations.
