The role builds customer relationships, helps maintain a healthy shop backlog, and serves as a backup for the Service Shop Foreman and Service Administrator.

What you'll do

• Create, manage, and follow through on service estimates
• develop customer connections and sell service through customer visits
• consult with the Service Shop
• maintain shop backlog
• manage service quotes and repair orders using SDL and QDL
• provide backup for the Service Shop Foreman and Service Administrator.
