The role builds and scales automation, artificial intelligence, and surveillance capabilities across the revenue cycle to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, patient experience, and value-based care goals. It leads strategy deployment, process optimization, metric surveillance, and denial-prevention work in collaboration with revenue cycle, IT, analytics, and other teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy revenue cycle automation and AI strategy and roadmap
• assess technologies and use cases
• partner with IT and the Digital Enablement Hub to design, build, test, deploy, and monitor automations
• support change management and measure impact
• standardize and optimize workflows and performance tools
• develop a surveillance program, track metrics, investigate variances, and communicate findings
• lead workgroups and denial-management initiatives
• use Epic reporting and benchmarking capabilities and collaborate with analytics teams.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of relevant experience, and at least five years managing professionals. A master’s degree and experience in a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization are preferred.
