• Oversee plant operations and financial performance

• develop systems to track productivity and performance
• increase production and asset capacity while controlling costs and maintaining quality
• manage staffing and operating expenses
• oversee asset management
• manage budgets and P&L
• support hiring, promotion, and succession planning
• maintain knowledge of customer material specifications
• ensure equipment maintenance and timely repairs.
