The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager role is onsite in Burlington, NC. The target base salary is $145,000–$155,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead site TPM, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement strategy
• mature the multi-pillar TPM program
• lead Autonomous Maintenance progression
• identify and execute improvements in cost, efficiency, reliability, and performance
• lead root cause analysis and structured problem solving
• implement Kaizen, 5S, and SMED
• coach employees and leaders
• manage a small CI/training team
• serve on the Site Leadership Team.
