What you'll do

• Prospect multifamily and commercial property owners throughout Dallas–Fort Worth
• conduct outbound calls, email outreach, direct prospecting, and networking
• identify owners, investors, developers, asset managers, and decision-makers
• generate property management opportunities
• schedule and conduct meetings
• develop professional relationships
• assist with proposals and presentations
• follow up with prospects
• identify brokerage, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and investment opportunities
• maintain the CRM pipeline
• attend industry events
• represent RDE Capital Group in the commercial real estate community.
