Vice President of Property Management

Job overview

The Vice President of Property Management role is hybrid in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $150,000–$175,000 per year. DLC owns and operates open-air retail shopping centers and manages a portfolio of retail space. The vice president oversees property management across a regional portfolio and supports departmental KPI growth initiatives. The role leads staff, manages stakeholder and vendor relationships, and oversees budgets, contracts, and operational performance to improve property and financial operations.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop Property Management staff
• maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, investment partners, and senior leadership
• review and approve material service and construction contracts
• review and approve annual operating and capital budgets
• monitor operational and financial metrics
• manage vendor relationships
• enforce policies
• champion cross-department initiatives
• support departmental policies and procedures
• lead due diligence for capital markets transactions
• identify operational and financial efficiencies.
