What you'll do

• Supervise nursing and clinical staff involved in procedures, diagnostics, and patient care
• ensure adherence to treatment and procedure protocols
• coordinate care plans with physicians and embryologists
• train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate staff
• maintain compliant documentation and patient records
• participate in audits and corrective actions
• support patient education and communication
• coordinate patient flow, supplies, and clinic operations.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; may cover weekends and holidays as assigned or needed. Prior RN clinical supervisory or management experience is required; 3–5 years preferred. A nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management bachelor’s degree is required; valid RN license and BLS required or obtainable upon hire.
