Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, part-time at 20 hours per week, with compensation of $19.23–$23.08 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance requests
• communicate with department management, staff, and vendors
• identify and address property improvement opportunities
• operate trade tools and equipment and assist with inventory
• maintain company vehicles, tools, machines, and equipment
• provide snow removal at agency locations
• use blueprints and plans
• troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic controls
• maintain service records
• follow safety practices.
