• Develop and maintain project schedules and align field resources

• oversee budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial reports
• administer contracts and project correspondence
• manage change orders from identification and pricing through negotiation and approval
• monitor progress, quality, and code compliance
• drive corrective actions and maintain inspection and closeout documentation.
