What you'll do

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom and daily operations
• assist the Lead Teacher with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• respond to children’s individual needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• communicate with families and coworkers
• and follow safety, supervision, documentation, and licensing procedures. Participate in required meetings, training, and professional development, which may occur outside scheduled work hours.
