What you'll do

• Build consultative relationships with franchise owners and school leaders
• support enrollment, marketing, business management, education, and operations
• analyze performance metrics and quality indicators
• develop action plans for growth and improvement
• facilitate strategic planning and goal setting
• coach owners and leaders on enrollment, financial management, curriculum, and staff development
• conduct quality assurance and service excellence activities
• guide resolution of operational challenges and reportable incidents
• collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• travel up to 80% of the time.
