The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Albany Medical College is seeking a seventh AP/CP board-certified, Hematopathology fellowship-trained pathologist. The role of the Hematopathology Physician is to perform hematopathology sign-out, participate in shared hematopathology call, and engage in academic activities including teaching and research within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Albany Medical College.

What you'll do

• Perform hematopathology sign-out (bone marrow, tissue, blood/CSF on a rotating basis).
• Participate in shared hematopathology call.
• Deliver didactic lectures, unknown slide conference, and supervise resident presentations.
• Engage in translational research opportunities.
