Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is an onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role exists to manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact, overseeing material procurement, subcontracts, scheduling, cost tracking, and project closeout to ensure project integrity and quality control.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction contracts, oversee material procurement, handle submittals and RFI's, maintain project schedules, track costs and budgets, process change orders, and ensure project closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to maintain expectations and project integrity.
