What you'll do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, trays, and utensils
- operate and maintain the dishwashing machine
- clean and sanitize work areas, hallways, and walk-in coolers
- maintain dish carts and racks
- monitor dish machine supplies and condition
- sort and stack dishes for banquet rooms
- change silverware presoak solution
- assist with basic kitchen equipment maintenance
- keep floors clear and remove trash.
