Senior Federal Capture Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain business plans for target agencies
• identify leads and execute capture strategies
• monitor government acquisition notices
• maintain relationships with government leaders
• analyze opportunities, resources, teaming options, competitors, budgets, and schedules
• lead capture and proposal lifecycles
• oversee secured contracts
• resolve performance issues
• author proposals and related content
• report pipeline and bid status to executives.
