What you'll do

• Measure and record patient weights and vital signs
• report changes in patient condition and document care
• assist with hygiene, elimination, skin care, comfort, and activities of daily living
• maintain patient privacy and a clean, safe environment
• follow infection-control and HIPAA requirements
• assist with specimen collection and transport, turning and positioning, and patient transportation as directed by a licensed nurse
• assist with unit supplies and routine clerical tasks.
