Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and report status to the Community Manager
• perform grounds and lawn care, garbage removal, and snow removal
• maintain homes, community areas, water and sewer lines, and water meters
• troubleshoot leaks
• inventory equipment and supplies
• and assist with home refurbishing and light construction.
