What you'll do

• Oversee daily patient care and clinic activities, including Mohs surgical flow, room assignments, and schedules
• serve as liaison for Mohs patients
• oversee room readiness and inventory logs
• audit medical records and documentation
• develop emergency protocols
• manage iPledge, HIPAA, OSHA, state laser inspection, and CLIA processes
• oversee supplies, equipment, vendors, policies, data reporting, and EMR initiatives
• support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, staff schedules, and cross-functional coordination.
