What you'll do

• Greet members and guests professionally
• respond to inquiries, requests, and general assistance needs
• maintain knowledge of ranch amenities, lodging, dining, activities, events, membership policies, and operating hours
• provide information before, during, and after visits
• coordinate requests with appropriate departments
• answer telephone calls using proper greeting and etiquette.
