Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise. Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
