Maintenance Technician — Property Maintenance

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Shiprock, NM. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The technician is responsible for the day-to-day condition of the property, including buildings and grounds, and communicates with the manager and residents. The role completes work orders, make-readies, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to keep the property functional and maintained. It also supports residents and property operations by troubleshooting issues, maintaining supplies, and responding to on-call needs.

What you'll do

• Pick up trash
• maintain common areas, including laundry and office
• complete work orders and make-readies
• paint, clean, and repair
• perform landscaping and monthly inspections
• complete preventive and seasonal maintenance
• order and maintain supplies
• respond to on-call duties
• communicate with the manager and residents
• troubleshoot
• maintain and repair tools, equipment, and machines.

Why this role
