What you'll do

• Manage RFQs, quotations, order processing, expediting, and delivery
• generate opportunities and onboard customers
• advise customers on product selection
• coordinate pricing, availability, shipments, and issue resolution
• maintain CRM and ERP records
• prepare sales reports
• coordinate with local and international teams
• support customer events, training, and inventory counts.
