What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for director- and vice president-level roles
• partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define candidate profiles
• develop sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines
• screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• present recommendations to leadership
• manage offers and applicable relocation coordination
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• monitor compensation, benefits, and HR policies
• mentor recruiters
• improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.
