What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• support transfers, ambulation, exercise, and range of motion as ordered
• assist with laundry
• follow safety practices and the care plan
• communicate with clients, caregivers, and the office
• document patient condition and report changes to the nurse supervisor.
