Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports daily photo operations, seasonal team leadership, sales, and guest service. The role helps prepare the operation for opening, supports staffing and training, captures photos, resolves guest concerns, and assists with inventory, scheduling, recruiting, and administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment
• support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce senior management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
