What you'll do

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items to approved recipes, portions, and presentation standards
• execute egg preparations, breakfast accompaniments, and assigned lunch dishes
• check ingredients and dishes for freshness, flavor, temperature, and presentation
• coordinate timing with other stations
• follow allergy and dietary-modification procedures
• prepare the station for service, organize mise en place, replenish ingredients, and complete closing and handover duties
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• guide junior cooks
• assist with inventory checks and communicate purchasing needs.
