Litigation Assistant

What you'll do

• Request litigation-related documents, including medical records, liens, bills, and radiology findings
• communicate with clients about discovery
• assist attorneys with discovery translation and interpretation
• e-file completed discovery
• assist with trial preparation
• and support attorneys and paralegals with case-related matters.
