The Goalkeeper Coach, Youth Soccer role is onsite across Burien, West Seattle, and surrounding communities, with primarily weekday evenings and weekends plus seasonal events and programs as assigned. The anticipated wage range is $75–$125 per hour. Highline Premier FC is a community-based youth soccer organization serving nearly 500 players and developing players from U8 through U19. The coach designs and delivers goalkeeper-specific training, develops technical and tactical skills, and works with team coaches to integrate goalkeepers into each team’s style of play. The role supports player development and a safe, inclusive training environment across the club.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver goalkeeper training aligned with club curriculum
• teach handling, shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, footwork, decision-making, and communication
• adapt sessions for different ages and experience levels
• collaborate with coaches on team tactics
• provide player feedback
• support tryouts and evaluations
• monitor progress and maintain records
• attend assigned sessions, meetings, camps, clinics, and events.
