What you'll do

• Follow the Kitchen Manager’s prep list
• measure ingredients and follow recipes
• wash and slice vegetables and cut meats
• perform basic cooking such as sautéing vegetables and boiling soups
• label and stock food products for rotation
• follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• perform related duties as requested.
