Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Administer medications according to the Medication Administration Record
• provide personal care, hygiene, escort, and toileting assistance
• complete required documentation and reporting
• follow organizational procedures and applicable standards
• encourage participation in scheduled activities
• inform the RN of medication or supply needs.
