What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for retail and pharmacy roles across three states
• support employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement
• guide employees on benefits and open enrollment
• manage FMLA, military, and medical leaves
• coordinate workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work plans
• maintain records and support compliance with federal and multi-state regulations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least three years of HR experience including recruiting, and knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws. PHR certification is desired.
