Home Health Caregiver

What you'll do

• Provide hygiene care as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• prepare meals according to client diets
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight when necessary
• assist with range-of-motion activities and report observed changes
• assist with walking and transportation to appointments, activities, and shopping
• follow care policies and protect client rights.
