• maintain an audit trail of quantity surveys
• coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing and bid solicitations
• develop scopes of work and responsibility matrices
• prepare material and cost summaries
• track value-creation items
• incorporate project schedules and logistics into estimates
• support building-component and MEP systems analysis, project logistics, staging, and phasing
• coordinate bid-day summaries and procurement presentations
• mentor others.
