Care Coordinator

• review Client Service Plans with Caregivers
• set up and maintain client files
• assist with employee recruitment, hiring, and orientation
• assign client care based on caregiver skills
• develop referral relationships
• execute digital marketing initiatives
• provide after-hours on-call telephone coverage.
