The Stamping Machine Set-Up Operator — 2nd Shift, High-Speed Reel-to-Reel role is onsite in Painesville, OH, Monday through Friday from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM; Meritec manufactures high-performance electrical and electronic interconnect systems and connectors. The operator sets up, runs, and tears down progressive stamping machines to produce metal parts to specification. Adjusting tooling, monitoring quality, and resolving equipment issues help maintain safe and efficient production.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate progressive stamping machines
• adjust tooling and machines
• monitor quality and efficiency
• troubleshoot equipment and report malfunctions
• set up gear and servo feeders
• tear down dies and complete repair tags
• maintain production and setup records
• keep the work area safe and clean
• train die operators
• and restock raw materials.

Why this role
