What you'll do

• Oversee operating room operations and perioperative areas including pre-op, OR, PACU, sterile processing, and front office
• optimize case flow and turnover
• support orthopedic surgical services and staffing
• monitor quality and infection prevention
• lead compliance, accreditation, and performance improvement
• develop staff
• partner with surgeons and anesthesia providers
• and participate in budgeting, case costing, implant management, and vendor relations.
