What you'll do

• Provide patient care
• answer patient calls and determine how to help
• assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and exercise
• turn and reposition bedridden patients
• account for dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences
• obtain information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses
• record intake, output, and vital signs as requested
• identify issues requiring medical care and report changes to medical or nursing staff.
