International Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Own sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability for assigned international markets
• develop regional sales plans
• identify and convert opportunities with distributors, OEMs, end users, and strategic customers
• manage pipeline and forecasts
• lead negotiations, pricing, quotations, and closing
• travel internationally to engage customers and support sales
• develop channel partners
• coordinate across functions
• coach the Export Coordinator
• improve sales processes and reporting.
