Warehouse Supervisor

Job overview

The Warehouse Supervisor role is onsite in New Berlin, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; flexibility within operating hours of 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. is needed. What you'll do

• Share warehouse and people management with another supervisor, overseeing 17–19 employees
• set expectations and provide feedback
• support accurate and timely customer commitments
• promote warehouse safety and organization
• identify inefficiencies and collaborate on improvements
• coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations
• and support employee learning and development.

Why this role
