What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• gather subcontractor and supplier pricing
• partner with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors during bidding
• support bid reviews, scope alignment, project handoff, change orders, documentation, and cost tracking
• maintain client and vendor relationships
• monitor pricing trends and project risks.
