What you'll do

• Develop HR marketing and recruitment communication strategies
• create recruitment campaigns and digital media content
• manage NNSA Careers website content, layout, and updates with Public Affairs
• develop social media campaigns and marketing materials
• track campaign performance and audience engagement
• apply Section 508 accessibility requirements
• ensure DOE/NNSA branding compliance
• coordinate content calendars and deadlines.
