What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom
• greet children and families
• respond to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• assist the Lead Teacher with curriculum and programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings and training.

Why this role

Must meet state licensing qualifications and minimum state education and experience requirements. An associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and a CDA are preferred but not required if state requirements are met.
