What you'll do

• assist with member complaints and personnel matters
• improve workflow and problem-solving systems
• support strategic planning
• coordinate scheduling, travel, and logistics
• coordinate union elections
• advise committees and workgroups
• maintain records and reports
• track representation, legal, and arbitration cases
• administer and interpret bylaws and policies
• coordinate responses to subpoenas, audits, and legal demands
• prepare reports and presentations
• supervise, support, and train assigned staff as assigned.
