What you'll do

• Prepare locations for opening, including hiring, inventory, equipment, schedules, training, and deposits
• determine staffing needs
• recruit and train local managers
• support local managers and teams
• oversee inventory and sales strategies
• develop district plans
• maintain vendor relationships
• conduct site visits and review sales reports
• manage staff hours, timecards, and reporting
• coordinate season-end breakdown.
