What you'll do
- Interview, vet, and hire Alaska Native candidates with the Recruitment team
- support candidates obtaining maritime credentials
- maintain relationships with Native Corporations and attend cultural events and job fairs
- create and track development plans
- coordinate six-month Gulf of Mexico special assignments
- prepare hiring metrics and regulatory reports
- update the annual implementation plan
- track sponsorship funds, development credits, and employee hours
- and assist with travel and training arrangements.
