What you'll do

• After licensing completion, participate in the six-month accelerated training program
• learn to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
• develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• meet established new-business production goals
• build networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and auto dealers
• maintain knowledge of products and services
• prospect through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
• manage the sales pipeline and track progress.
